Most orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days.
Once dispatched, deliveries to the UK normally arrive in 3-4 days.
International orders can take up to 10-15 days to arrive.
Most packages will require a signature on delivery.
If a package has been returned to Grace and Flair because delivery was not possible the cost of re-sending the package will be the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivered items due to circumstances beyond our control or for any import taxes or charges incurred from your purchase.

2. Order Process
The products on our website are an invitation and not an offer to sell those products to you.
An offer is made when you place the order for your product(s).However, we will not have made a contract with you unless and until we accept your offer.
We take payment from your card when we process your order and have checked your card details, products are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply the products, we will let you know as soon as possible and a full refund will be given if you have already paid for the products.
We will send you an order acknowledgement email and order update emails, these are not order confirmation or order acceptance from us.
Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it, order acceptance and the creation of the contract between you and us will take place at the point the products you have ordered are dispatched to be delivered to the address you have given us. It does not take place until that stage even though we may have debited your card or we have sent acknowledging emails.
The contract will be formed at the dispatch of the goods.
If, for any reason, you wish to do so you have the right to canel any order you have placed. You may cancel an order at any point from placing the order up to 14 calender days from the day after delivery of the product(s) to you.
If you wish to cancel your order please email us at stating your name, address and order number. We will email instructions on how to proceed with the cancellation and what action we will take with regards to refunding your payment. If your order has already been dispatched but not yet received by yourself we will be unable to recall the order and you will be required to return it to us at your cost, this also applies to orders that you have received but wish to cancel.
By entering into a contract with us, the Seller, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not happy with your order for any reason you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange or refund less deduction for p&p.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org detailing the item you wish to return and the reason. Your name and address must be included with the return.
The items must be unworn and in their original condition with the tags still attached. Send it back to us in the original packaging or equally well wrapped.
For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item to us. You are responsible for the return in transit and are strongly advised to insure the item as no refund will be give for items lost in the post.
We reserve the right to reject a return.
